The business was launched in January 2015 by qualified nutritional therapist Sarah Grant in response to growing demand from Government, health professionals and business for support in helping firms to ensure that wellbeing becomes central to the working environment.

Sarah and Gut Reaction's core team have a wealth of experience working with people to help them create new and sustainable behaviours to help them address health concerns and prevent disease. Their aim is to be at the forefront of this new and exciting era of change.
